The Sutter Transition of Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (STAND) Clinic is a unique resource that is dedicated to patients 18 and older with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.
We focus on the clinical treatment, as well as the emotional and psychological issues of our patients and their families.
The STAND Clinic is for those with neurological care or behavioral issues related to their disability, including: Epilepsy, neurotropic medications for behavior, anxiety, aggression, sleep, movement disorders of muscle tone, gait, parkinsonian type issues, tremors, catatonia, etc., side effects of being on medication for their condition, sleep disorder, headaches, other neurological issues.

The Children’s Center pediatric specialists provide surgical and non-surgical care to infants, children and young adults with neurological conditions of the brain, spine and spinal cord, including: Autism, developmental and learning disabilities, and many others.
The Child Neurology Program at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento is collaboration between the Sutter Neuroscience Institute and the Children's Center.
Through these programs we are able to provide our patients with comprehensive pediatric neurological care, allowing us to identify a specific treatment plan for each child and family.
